Mary Kasaris - Founder
Mary Kasaris founded Elevate90X, leveraging her extensive experience in the private banking sector. Prior to this, she spent 25 years as the Regional Managing Director at First Republic Bank for Silicon Valley. Before that, Mary led the Peninsula Region for Bank of America's Private Banking division and held a 16-year tenure with the institution. With expertise in private banking and all related lending areas for individuals and businesses, including corporate lending and private banking credit facilities, as well as commercial and residential real estate lending.
At First Republic Bank, Mary established and led the Private Banking Region in the Peninsula/Silicon Valley area, overseeing team building and brand expansion while managing a substantial top client portfolio of her own. She also served on the bank's Executive Loan Committee. Mary contributed significantly to the bank's growth. She played a key role in expanding its assets from $4 billion to over $90 billion and growing her region to 13 offices catering to Private Equity/Venture Capital, technology, professional clients, and a private client base.
Mary serves on the board of Essex REIT, a Fortune 500 company. Previously, she dedicated five years to the San Jose Symphony board in the early 90s and the Elios Board for five years, a non-profit arts organization.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and has completed the Wharton Leadership Program. In recognition of her accomplishments, the San Francisco Business Times named her one of the 100 most influential Women in 2016.

Jessica Gordon - Co-Founder
Meet Jessica
Jessica Gordon is the Co-Founder of Elevate90X, with 25 years of experience in banking. Her career began in 1999 at Bank of America, then US Bank, where she spent 7 years in Consumer Banking, developing a strong foundation in customer service and product offerings, including life insurance and annuities. She then transitioned to regional banks, all of which were later acquired by larger institutions, where she spent the next 18 years. During this time, she took on roles that included supporting the President/CEO and growing private banking relationships. Her expertise is in residential and commercial lending, where she has consistently demonstrated success and cultivated strong client relationships.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University, and in 1997, she achieved a significant personal milestone by earning her black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the studio of Master Edward Fong.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jessica is passionate about giving back to her community, regularly volunteering at her children’s schools. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and stays grounded through regular exercise, always striving to maintain a healthy balance between her work and personal life.
